- PHOTOGRAPHIC REQUIREMENTS - The most important element in a successful tribute, aside from the wording, is the photograph(s). We advise our clients to select the best and most flattering images of your subject. When in doubt, send more than you think you will need and we will select the best images to use. All images are returned in the condition in which they are received. We have never lost or destroyed a single image. We will offer restorative work to images that will be used in the tribute compliment when it applies. Our technology allows for scanning of slides and negatives if required. Images may also be sent via the internet providing you are aware of what requirements and file sizes are needed for the quickest and best results. When images are being shipped please ensure you provide sufficient cardboard backing (on both sides of the picture bundle) to prevent shipping damage and denting. All images will be returned with the final draft shipment. Over the course of creation, updates and changes will be corresponded via email and need to be approved by the client before a final draft is printed and mailed. Upon approval of the final draft, payment in full for the work should be sent to Gray Rayven Studio. Cheques or money orders are made payable to Colleen Gray.
